Like a tropical vacation in a glass, Untold Glow is the perfect beer for the patio. A Catharina sour is a fruited sour with a slightly higher ABV first brewed in Brazil. For this beer, we added passionfruit, guava, and oranges all rounded out with a delicate lactic tartness.
