I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND AN EVENT I HAVE TICKETS TO. CAN I GET A REFUND?

Tickets are refundable or exchangeable up to 48 hours prior to each event. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at tickets@willowpark.net with any inquiries. 

 

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT WORKING?

Please get in touch with us at ecomwhse@willowpark.net if you are having an issue using a discount code. Please include the discount code you are trying to use.

 

I CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND WANT TO UPDATE IT ON YOUR EMAIL LIST AND/OR MY CELLAR CLUB ACCOUNT. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Please contact us at ecomwhse@willowpark.net to be added to our email list or have your Cellar Club account updated with a new email.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order, please reach out to us at ecomwhse@willowpark.net with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Please note if an order has shipped and you choose to cancel, shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

I ACCIDENTALLY PAID FOR SHIPPING, BUT I WANT TO PICKUP. HOW DO I GET REFUNDED?

Please email ecomwhse@willowpark.net to be issued a refund for shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if your order has shipped or delivery was attempted.


WHERE DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY TO?

Willow Park Wines & Spirits offers local delivery through our website within Calgary and Edmonton city limits, as well as Airdrie. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Delivery to Strathmore, Okotoks, High River, Cochrane, Banff, Canmore, Dead Man's Flats, Lac de Arcs, Harvie Heights, Exshaw, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Devon, Leduc/Nisku, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove are available for an additional cost. Available delivery windows vary by location, please contact ecomwhse@willowpark.net. Please note the following:

  • Someone of legal drinking age must be there to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • After two delivery attempts, the package will be shipped back to the closest retail location. Under no circumstances are we able to leave an order unattended. If you would like another reattempt at delivery, please contact us at ecomwhse@willowpark.net.

  • After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the credit card used, minus shipping fees.


STORE PICKUP OPTION

Store pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours after the order is placed.

You will receive two emails from us. The first is your order confirmation email, and the second confirms your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup confirmation email before you drive to the store.

If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled for pickup, we will contact you directly to review next steps and available options.


WHERE TO GO WHEN YOU PICKUP YOUR ORDER

Upon arriving at your chosen store, please proceed to ONLINE PICKUP area. Alternatively, please let a member of our Trusted Expert team know you are there to pick up your online order and they will be able to assist you.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER

Please provide your online order number and a valid government issued photo ID to pick up your order.

**If someone else is picking up your order, please add a note on your order when placing it or email us directly at ecomwhse@willowpark.net. Let us know their full name and ensure they have a valid government issued photo ID. We will be unable to release your order to anyone other than you without proper notification.
