We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Ecommerce department as an Ecommerce Retail Coordinator at our Main Store Willow Park location. As a member of Willow Park Wines & Spirits fastest growing division, you will be playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of our online store.
**As this position is hosted in an ever-evolving department, the duties and responsibilities will continue to evolve with the programming.
Requirements and Responsibilities
• Acting as the main representative of the Ecommerce team on the retail floor
• Reporting all questions, concerns, and feedback directly to our Ecommerce Manager
• Receiving Ecommerce orders from our warehouse, checking them for accuracy, and sorting them for pick up in the appropriate areas
• Retrieving customer orders when they arrive for pick up, and professionally dealing with any questions or concerns they may have
• Organizing and fulfilling order sheets
• Help to pick daily transfers from our main store to our warehouse
• Filling empty shelves with product, removing overstock items from the retail floor and facing product
• Must be available for a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
Qualifications and Skills
• At least 1 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience with Shopify will be considered a strong asset
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work in high volume and time sensitive environments and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong time management and adaptive business skills
• Able to take direction and willing to ask questions if there are any concerns
• High focus on attention to detail and work quality
• Must be able to lift a 25lbs (a case of wine)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Calgary Main Store location as a cashier. This is a fantastic entry level position for anyone interested and looking to know more about wine, beer, and spirits!
Requirements and Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints or involving supervisor when necessary
• Bagging or boxing purchases to ensure safe transport
• Confirming customers are of legal age by checking their government-issued I.D.
• Maintaining a clean workspace
Qualifications and Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Customer Service or cashier experience will be considered an asset
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift cases of wine (25 lbs), and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
• Attention to detail
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
• Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts
Delivery Driver
Position: Full-Time
Reports To: Warehouse Manager

In addition to retail, we have a large commercial liquor business stocking the best bars and restaurants throughout the province. Our passionate and energetic team has proven to be the best in the business with annual awards from Best of Calgary, Calgary’s Choice Awards, and many others over its 26 years in business.
We are looking to grow our team by adding a Full-Time delivery driver to our Calgary distribution center. We need an ambitious and hardworking individual who is capable of lifting cases and moving kegs (up to 150 lbs.), while conducting themselves in a courteous and professional manner. Our ideal candidate will be a customer service focused leader with a proven track record of great communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to be part of a fast-paced and energetic environment. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Drive the company vehicles (up to a 5-ton truck size) in a safe and courteous manner
• Navigate the roads of Calgary and surrounding area
• Perform the delivery of goods to customers
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Conduct regular checks of the vehicle and report issues to the Fleet Manager
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing product and notify management
• Engage with the customers in a professional manner and work to solve any issues that may arise
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a delivery driver driving a 5-ton truck for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience driving in winter conditions is strongly preferred
• Customer service experience will be considered an asset
• Past experience in wines, spirits or hospitality will be considered an asset
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to situations as they arise
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if necessary
• Valid driver’s license
