The Spinelli Pecorino from the Abruzzo region of Italy is a straw yellow with golden hues. Rich with aromas of yellow fruit with subtle herbal balsamic notes. On the palate, notes of soft fruit, florals, dry herb, and minerality, all balanced by freshening acid and good structure.

Ideal with raw fish and seafood. Also pairs well with light meat dishes, with vegetables, and with fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
