Our Sparkling Cuvee is sourced from select cool-climate parcels in South Australia. The higher altitudes of these parcels ensures our base is naturally high in acidity, with elegant citrus notes and a crisp minerality.

RockBare Click '99 Sparkling Cuvée NV is a lively and approachable Australian sparkling wine, crafted in a classic cuvée style that blends a white base of Chardonnay with lighter reds Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier for complexity. Pale straw in colour with a fine bead glistening away. Notes of citrus green on the nose, a gentle wash of seashell. A soft hint of toast and biscuit. Orange and mandarin fruit showcase on the palate alongside a creamy, lingering finish.  Winemaker Notes
