Flavour Profile
Colour: Mahogany with golden highlights.
Nose: Rich with layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and ripe black cherries, subtle notes of wood smoke, polished leather and cloves.
Palate: Intense notes of dried fruit are followed by rich fruitcake, dates, raisins and stewed apples, oaky notes with a hint of dark chocolate and subtle traces of peat.
