Inspired by a spur-of-the-moment proposal that happened on Dirty Laundry's outdoor patio at the winery. The fruit for this wine was sourced from Naramata and Summerland to offer a more complete representation of the varietal. Food pairing suggestion of pork and fennel sausage or a salad with roasted chicken. Light-bodied and approachable, with flavours of orchard fruit and honeydew melon.
