Jakot by Dario Princic is a macerated white wine made from Friulano grapes of 60 years old vines and it is aged 30 months in oak casks. Hints of officinal herbs, hay, citrus notes are felt in the nose, candied fruit and ginger. Fresh and savoury on the palate, from the unusual tannin to the delicate and long finish.
