The 2017 Extra-Brut Ambonnay Grand Cru is a soft, open-knit Champagne that shows a an exotic side of Pinot Noir. Passionfruit, apricot jam, honey. wild flowers and hints of botrytis all open over time. I would drink this at the end of a meal. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2022. Drink: 2023-2029.
