Pale straw with green highlights. Powerful gooseberry, white currant, red capsicum, passionfruit, and lime peel aromas. Medium-bodied, with strong flavours of makrut lime, passionfruit, lemongrass and a refreshingly smooth, dry and persistent finish.

From Marlborough, South Island, Astrolabe 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from the Wairau Valley, Awatere Valley and Kekerengu Coast. Produced by Simon Waghorn, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, vibrant and fresh with green apple, tropical fruits, fresh herbs and crisp mineral notes from beginning to end with a mouth-wateringly long finish that leaves one salivating for more!
