Old Vine Cabernet Franc. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation maceration for 2 weeks. Racking and natural malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 8-10 months in French barrels. Fresh and complex aromas of red fruits such as currants, raspberries and plums with a great herbaceousness. Elegant in the mouth. Meaty in the mid pallet with friendly ripe and round tannins. Long and silky finish.
