It wasn't until the 11th hour that the winemaker knew the grapes were ready to harvest. Handpicked ever so delicately for Lot 1883, the sandy loam soils in California produced this delicious Merlot. The profile is a classic combination of berry and red plum flavours with soft tannins and a very smooth finish.
