A dry and juicy Saint-Emilion, Château Le Loup is located on the edge of the appellation, on the north coast of Saint-Emilion, in the commune of Saint-Christophe des Bardes. The blend is atypical for a wine from the right bank, 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels. The nose reveals aromas of very ripe blackcurrant and peppery notes. On the palate, the beautiful tannic structure suggests significant ageing potential.  Union of Producers of Saint-Emilion
