Crafted and distilled in Calgary, Alberta, Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye is made from 100% Canadian Prairie rye grains grown by local farmers and distilled with nutrient-dense, glacier fed spring water from the surrounding Rocky Mountains. The nose starts off with soft florals and gives off perfume qualities. On the palate, spicy chocolate jumps from the glass, showing off the vibrant body. It fills out with notes of black tea, peppercorn, eucalyptus, mint, and a wallop of rye spice.
