Lekker uses minimal sulphur to preserve their cider and seeks out unique and heirloom fruit to produce their tasty sips. They make cider from fresh pressed apples. Not apple juice concentrates. They use beer yeast, hops and other fruits, in addition to apples from the Pacific Northwest, in order to craft experimental and intriguing ciders.
