This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is combined before aging to ensure full integration of flavours. Rounded by full malolactic fermentation, it is treated with an equal split of American and French oak. Loaded with plum, currant and spicy notes, this fresh and lively red wine is ready for drinking upon release, but is also age-worthy.

This wine achieves a great balance with contrasting components: the Cabernets bring tannins for structure and body, the Merlot brings juicy fruit, and it s all supported by a judicious touch of oak.

Blend : 50% Cabernet Franc, 38% Merlot and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon.

The fruit was from the estate vineyard and from growers in Oliver and Osoyoos. The individual varietals were fermented in the Ganimedes, then blended and aged eight months in French (75%) and American oak barrels. The wine begins with aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and spice. On the palate, there are generous flavours of plum, cherry, and black currant. Long, ripe tannins lead to a long finish.
