This Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend has a bouquet of red plums and dark cherries with vanilla toasted oak notes and a hint of eucalyptus. Luscious plums and blackberries are followed by cherries and toasted oak on the palate. Tannins add structure, filling the midpalate while the finish is hot and spicy. Pair with red meats such as roast lamb or BBQ'd steaks, smoked meats and even dark chocolate.
