This is a very aromatic, floral and showy Malbec, very fruit-driven, where they search for freshness and use mostly neutral barrels trying to show the character of the Uco Valley. Intense red with purple hues. Fresh and complex on the nose, with noticeable aromas of redcurrant, blueberry, roses, and violets. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with a good structure and a long finish.

Well-matched with barbecued meats, robust pasta entrees, baked ham, pork chops and sharp cheeses.
