This Cote des Roses cuvée celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. The soil, which is very varied, is mainly made up of hard limestone from the garrigues, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers of the Languedoc. The hot and windy climate favours the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while maintaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which attenuates the high summer temperatures. Its bottle is unique with a rose-shaped bottom, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. It is a wine that offers itself like a bouquet of Rose!

Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah rosé with the emphasis on Grenache - ideal for rosé because it matures easily and quickly, has vibrant aromatics, yet keeps its zesty acidity for food. The 2025 Côte des Roses Rosé is tender, pale and shiny with bluish reflections evolving over time on shades more orange. The nose offers aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose and citrus notes, grapefruit complete this palette. Final with fruity notes. The palate is fresh, greedy and endowed with great persistence aromatic and beautifully balanced

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast

This is a lovely afternoon sipper, starting with lean, brisk and clear aromas of watermelon rind and restrained bubblegum. The palate picks up banana flower and lightly tropical flavors, though stays delicate and refreshing. - Matt Kettmann
