Precious Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled in Kentucky, bottled by Fathertime Bourbon, LLC in Bardstown and released in spring 2025. This small-batch release bourbon was blended and selected by Jim Gaffigan from handpicked barrels and is bottled at 46.2% ABV (92.4 proof).

Aged in new American Oak charred barrels.

Mashbill: 58% corn, 33% rye, 9% malted barley.

Tasting Notes

Inviting aromas of rich aged honey and delicate tea blossom lead into a beautifully balanced and sweet palate. Notes of oak and cherry unfold, culminating in a pleasantly powerful finish.   IWSC 2025
