“Simposio” refers to a “meeting” (blending) of grapes from different vineyards close to the winery. Vineyards are all located in the west side of the Barolo area. This wine exemplifies the rich winemaking heritage of the Barolo region, offering a refined and memorable tasting experience.

100% Nebbiolo grapes. Intense garnet red, ample and elegant bouquet delicately spiced, with hints of flowers and small red fruits. On the palate, an opulent structure buoyed by soft tannins, overlaid with ripe fruit and liquorice. Extraordinary ageing capacity.

Pairings: Perfect in combination with red meat and furred game dishes, but also very rich fish dishes, such as baked turbot, as well as with fine cheeses.
