Ume Drink This! - Matsui Gin


  • 1 oz Matsui gin

  • 1 oz umeshu (Japanese plum wine)

  • 3/4 oz Well Juice Elixir shot

  • 3.5 oz soda chilled

  • ginger thinly sliced, to garnish


  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  •  Combine the gin, umeshu, and elixir shot in a cocktail shaker
  • Shake and strain into a highball glass
  • Top with soda, stir gently and garnish with a ribbon of thinly sliced ginger
  • Serve immediately.
