1 oz Matsui gin
1 oz umeshu (Japanese plum wine)
3/4 oz Well Juice Elixir shot
3.5 oz soda chilled
ginger thinly sliced, to garnish
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Combine the gin, umeshu, and elixir shot in a cocktail shaker
- Shake and strain into a highball glass
- Top with soda, stir gently and garnish with a ribbon of thinly sliced ginger
- Serve immediately.
