Most of this 2024 comes from Petit Léchet and Sébastien’s parcels in the village of Beine. It is mineral and precise, with the vintage emphasizing the house style. The nose is mineral and lemony, with a steely focus which follows through onto the palate. Crisp, concentrated and saline, this is textbook Chablis.

Lovely as an aperitif, with oysters, or light fish dishes.
