This Valpolicella Classico comes from vineyards owned by the Speri family in the Valpolicella Classica area, in the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane and Negrar.

Tasting Note: Ruby red color with purplish highlights and an intense, vinous bouquet, with hints of violets and cherries. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, with a precise acidity profile and a lightly spicy finish. A medium-bodied, fruity wine, to be enjoyed young.  Winemaker Notes

Blend: Corvina Veronese 60%,Rondinella 30%, and Molinara 10%.

Ideal for accompanying hors d’oeuvres, soups, pasta and typical Mediterranean dishes.
