El Dorado is a celebrated rum brand from Guyana in South America. It's made by Demerara Distillers Limited and carries a long tradition of sugar cane growing and rum-making, dating back to the 17th century.  The brand honours tradition, using some of the last wooden stills in the world for spirit production.

This Single Barrel Rum represents that tradition, craft, and legacy of Demerara rum-making. It is a distinct blend of marques drawn from various stills and aged for at least 17 years in an ex-bourbon cask. The blend has aromas of pineapple and roasted peach, followed by flavours of dark spices, clove, and black tea. 

This rum was specially selected by Willow Park Wines and Spirits and bottled at cask strength.   ABV 50.4%
