Created using a combination of first, second and re-fill Oloroso casks, the 2025 Edition of the Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength brings layered complexity, not overwhelming intensity. The sherry influence is delicate, never dominant, allowing the unpeated Islay spirit to express itself fully - an unfiltered, uncompromised, unmistakably Bunnahabhain character.

Colour: With no added colour, this dram retains its natural deep gold hues.

Nose: Golden raisins and apricots are balanced with toasted nuts and a light floral note.

Palate: Malty sweetness, soft oak, and dried fruit intertwine with sultanas, hazelnuts, and gentle spice.

Finish: Oak spice and light tobacco, with a gentle touch of sea salt and cocoa powder.
