Excellent as an aperitif, and ideal with seafood salads or pasta and rice dishes based on fish and shellfish. Also perfect with white meats, boiled or grilled fish and soufflés.

Refreshing and food-friendly for creamy pasta dishes to grilled shrimp dishes, it is dry, medium-bodied and incredibly zesty with ripe white-fleshed stone fruit, apple, lemon zest flavours finishing long and juicy on a mineral note.
