The blend of two personalities as different as Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon gives this wine its unique character. Dark ruby red in color with violet reflections. Notes of blueberries, blackberries and incense develop on the nose, which transition into graphite and vanilla nuances. In the mouth it is dense, broad and complex with notes of plums and blueberries. Then develops into a balsamic and spicy explosion supported by good acidity. The tannin, lively throughout the palate, accompanies the spicy and persistent finish.

65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Sangiovese.     Biodynamically grown grapes, vegan.

A linear and tight red with very fine, firm and polished tannins. They nicely frame the wine and give a savory and almost salty undertone. Currants and cherries with some orange peel notes. Just a hint of tomato leaves. Medium chewy.  Best after 2026.
