Flavours of dark plum and cassis follow with anise and toasted barrel attributes. This red blend offers a finely textured silky structure with density and a graceful appeal. Pairs well with bacon and caramelized onion grilled cheese with creamy tomato soup. Blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 7% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.
