Eau Claire's Parlour Gin is a London-dry style of gin, with juniper berry-induced dryness and unique hints of rosehip, Saskatoon berry, coriander, lemon, orange, mint and spice. A medium dry gin with a smooth, harmonious texture and little harshness. It is perfect for a relaxing libation – summer or winter.
