The famous Peychaud's Bitters is a required ingredient for the Sazerac Cocktail. It is also used as a standard aromatic bitters in many standard cocktails. Originally made by Antoine Amedie Peychaud, an apothecary in New Orleans. 

Flavour profile: anise, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, slight sweetness, cherry and clove.
