White made exclusively from Chardonnay, without passing through wood, but kept in contact with the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. It shows a style richer in white and tropical fruits, ripe at the right point, and creamy and firm texture, with its vigorous acidity bringing fluidity and liveliness to the whole. Medium-bodied, it has a vibrant and persistent finish, with saline, floral, citrus, peach, umami and dried fruit touches.
