This Chardonnay from Burgundy is a classic and simply, perfect Chablis, no bells or whistles. Great terroir shines bright (smack dab between 1er crus Montmains and Vaillon) thanks to thoughtful, respectful winemaking. Aged on lees in stainless steel before a 6-18 month elevage in neutral oak, this has that trademark Chablis tension with a flinty minerality, baked pear, honeysuckle, lime zest and a spritz of lemon over ice.
