This is a very aromatic, floral and showy Malbec, very fruit-driven, where they search for freshness and use mostly neutral barrels trying to show the character of the Uco Valley. Well-matched with barbecued meats, robust pasta entrees, baked ham, pork chops and sharp cheeses. Ruby red in colour. Aromas of ripe plums, cherries and blackberries are complemented by a hint of tobacco. A balanced and complex wine with flavours of redcurrants, black cherries and cinnamon with a long-lasting finish marked by notes of leather, tobacco and vanilla.
