Fruity aromas of white peach and mango taffy meet elegantly plush fruit flavours that culminate in a smooth, medium-length sweet yogurt, lime zest and underripe strawberry finish with soft, fruit tannins and no oak. 

The perfect accompaniment to light seafood, chicken and capers in light butter or cream sauces, Buffalo mozzarella with vine ripe tomatoes and pasta with fresh vegetables, it also pairs well with less sweet desserts like Creme Brule and mascarpone stuffed crepes.
