Cuvée La Grande Bleue embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where generous sunshine and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir. This organic white wine highlights grape varieties emblematic of the South of France, offering freshness and an aromatic palette centered on fruit. A blend of Rolle (Vermentino), Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon. 

Pale yellow in color, with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive, developing white-fleshed fruit aromas (pear, peach) and citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). Viognier adds a subtle exotic note. The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity, with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.  Gerard Bertrand
