- 1 chamomile teabag
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 oz Afterglow Gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- Chamomile flowers or lemon slice, to garnish (optional)
- In a saucepan, gently infuse your chamomile tea with hot (but not boiling) water for a few minutes.
- Discard the teabags and stir in honey.
- Remove from heat and add the gin and lemon juice.
- Garnish with a sprig of chamomile or a slice of lemon and serve immediately.
