The Grenache, about 70% of the blend, flourishes on hillsides with beautiful south-south-east exposures on sandy-clay soils. This gives a more fleshy and concentrated character to the grapes, thus allowing a structured blending base to be obtained. Syrah (between 20 and 25%) is mainly found on slightly silty clays at the bottom of the hills. These soils are less hot and the microclimate is a little more humid. This allows us to have fruity and fresh grapes. The final 5% is from complementary grape varieties: Mourvèdre, Counoise and Cinsault.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-CA\"\u003eThis wine is distinguished by a superb deep and brilliant ruby colour, captivating by its brilliance. Finally, on the palate, the attack is fresh and supple, revealing generous flavours of ripe fruit, accompanied by nuances of liquorice that bring complexity and refinement.
