Champy Corton-Charlemagne 2008
This wine is a beautiful yellow gold. The nose is fine and of good intensity. It reveals notes of honeysuckle, lily and spices (coriander, nutmeg and white pepper). The palate is ample and rich. The finish is long, and carries on notes of candied citrus and caramel. It will gracefully accompany a fillet of red mullet with orange butter, a bream with candied lemon, a turbot with white butter, tajine or monkfish with sweet spices or cheeses. Best when opened between 2016-2026.
