Jadot Vosne Romanee 1er Les Beaux Monts 2011
A very spicy nose of primarily black cherry and cassis aromas also precedes very round, supple and forward flavors that possess the same attractively textured mouth feel to the medium-bodied flavors that also seem to lack a bit of energy on the nicely lingering finish. Again, it's possible that this is just fatigued and this is quite plausible given that Beaux Monts naturally has good acid levels.
