Wine Advocate: The 2015 Hosanna is a blend of 82% Merlot and 18% Cabernet Franc. Now Hosanna is usually quite exuberant on the nose at this early stage, however, this is a very different Hosanna - much more reserved and introverted, yet still complex with a melange of black fruit, undergrowth, truffle and brine aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, plenty of truffle-tinged fruit, a lovely spicy edge and a persuasive peacock's tail finish that lingers long in the mouth while maintaining wonderful freshness. This is an outstanding Hosanna from the JP Moueix team, perhaps the first vintage to really convince me of its greatness since its debut. 95 - 97 Points
James Suckling: This has the creamy magic texture of all superb 2015 Pomerol. Full and ultra-velvety with a creamy, minerally and citrus rind mouth feel. Amazing depth of fruit. A triumph. 82% merlot and 18% cabernet franc. 98 - 99 Points
Born from the division of the former Castle Certan-Giraud in 1999, belongs to Hosanna Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix. replanting of the work of some plots were made, and a soil management for optimal drainage of rainwater. Hosanna is located on the famous Pomerol plateau clay-gravel soil; raw surrounded by prestigious neighbors: Château Lafleur north, Vieux Château Certan south and Petrus east. The vineyards cover 4.5 hectares planted to 70% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc, a rare proportion in the appellation.
