Wine Club Facts

How do I sign up for the Wine Club? 

Click on the Wine Club subscription pack that best suits you, add to cart, select Local Delivery (with preferred delivery date and time), or one of our retail stores for pick up. 

Are there membership fees? 

There are no membership fees or contracts! You can pause or cancel your monthly Wine Club subscription at any time within your online customer account. If you do not have an online customer account, you may create one here at any time in order to see your subscriptions.

Can I pick the wines I receive in my Wine Club subscription? How many wines are in each the Wine Club packs?

The Wine Club subscription is designed to introduce you to exciting new wines from around the globe. There is not an option to choose your own wines.

We have 2 different options, the Classic & the Master. Each selection has one white wine and two red wines of different varieties

How are the wines selected?

Every month, our team of Trusted Experts curate unique selections from around the world based on wines they have tasted representing the best in quality and value. Our Wine Club subscription is assembled to suit your taste as you design the style, price point, and frequency desired.

How does payment work?

Payment for the Wine Club subscription will be automatically billed the day of initial purchase and will recur on the 15th of each subsequent month. You can pause or cancel your monthly wine club subscription at any time. 

When do the Wine Club subscriptions get sent out? Does someone need to be home to sign for delivery?

Local Delivery can be chosen after the charge date has passed. You may choose a day and time that is convenient for you. The first day available for delivery of the Wine Club will be the 25th of each month and is available until the 5th of the following month.

Due to AGLC laws and regulations, someone of age with a valid ID must be present at the time of delivery. We will not leave the Wine Club pack unattended. 

Can I pick up my Wine Club subscription?

Yes! You may choose your preferred location at the checkout when you place your order. Pick up will be available from our main location just north of Southcentre Mall, or at our Eau Claire location starting the 25th of each month. 

When is the last day I can order?

The order cut-off date for ordering the Wine Club pack is the 20th of each month to receive within the month of ordering. Any orders made past this date will be pushed to our next Wine Club package.
