How do I sign up for Willow Park Wines & Spirits’ Wine PAX? 

Click on the PAX subscription that best suits you, add to cart, select Local Delivery (with preferred delivery date and time), Canada Post Shipping or one of our retail stores for pick up.  Beginning next month, a wine selection will arrive at your door, or will be ready for pick up at the nearest post office or retail store.

Are there membership fees? 

There are no membership fees or contracts! You can pause or cancel your monthly PAX subscription at any time. 

Can I pick the wines I receive in my PAX? How many wines are in each PAX?

The PAX subscription is designed to introduce you to exciting new wines from around the globe. There is not an option to choose your own wines.

We have 6 options to choose from in different price ranges. Both Classic & Master PAX collections come as 3 bottles or 6 bottles.

Can I change my PAX type from all red to a mixed selection?

Want to change your PAX selection? No problem! Just cancel your current subscription and then add the desired PAX type to your cart. Select Local Delivery (with preferred delivery date and time), Canada Post Shipping or one of our retail stores for pick up.  Beginning next month, a wine selection will arrive at your door, or will be ready for pick up at the nearest post office or retail store.

How are the wines selected?

Every month, our team of Trusted Experts assemble unique selections from around the world based on wines they have tasted representing the best in quality and value. Our wine PAX are curated to suit your taste as you design the style, price point, and quantity desired.

How does payment work?

Payment for the PAX subscription will be automatically billed the same day of the month as the original payment in each subsequent month. You can pause or cancel your monthly PAX subscription at any time. 

When do the PAX get sent out? Does someone need to be home to sign for delivery?

If you choose Local Delivery, you can choose a delivery date and time starting from the first Tuesday of the month so it’s convenient for you. Due to AGLC laws and regulations, someone of age with a valid ID must be present at the time of delivery. We will not leave the PAX unattended. 

If you choose Canada Post, your PAX will ship within the first week of the month. Due to COVID-19, Canada Post is no longer delivering packages directly to homes. Home shipped orders will be sent to your nearest Canada Post office and you will be notified where and when you can pick it up. 

Can I pick up my PAX?

Yes! Pick up will be available from our main location just north of Southcentre Mall, or at our Eau Claire location starting the first Tuesday of the month.

When is the last day I can order?

You must order by the last Tuesday of the current month to receive your wine PAX for the following month. This gives our Trusted Expert team time to assemble your packages, complete with tasting notes. 

How do I update my Shipping Address, Billing Address or credit card information?
