Incredible Infusions - Black Jelly Bean Infused Vodka


With the explosion of flavoured spirits, handcrafted infusions are a natural progression of a growing trend!  Black jelly bean infused vodka creates a perfectly coloured spirit for your signature Halloween cocktail!


  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup jelly beans


  1. Pour jelly beans in to the bottom of a Mason jar (or whichever container you're using for infusion)
  2. Pour vodka over the jelly beans, making sure the vodka fully covers the jelly beans.
  3. Close container tightly!
  4. Shake mixture and leave on the counter (or in the fridge) for 3-4 days - until the desired colour OR strength of flavour is reached.
  5. When ready, use a cocktail strainer, fine mesh strainer, or cheesecloth to strain your infused vodka into a clean jar - or straight into the cocktail shaker if you're making your cocktail right away!
