Incredible Infusions - Black Jelly Bean Infused Vodka
With the explosion of flavoured spirits, handcrafted infusions are a natural progression of a growing trend! Black jelly bean infused vodka creates a perfectly coloured spirit for your signature Halloween cocktail!
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup jelly beans
- Pour jelly beans in to the bottom of a Mason jar (or whichever container you're using for infusion)
- Pour vodka over the jelly beans, making sure the vodka fully covers the jelly beans.
- Close container tightly!
- Shake mixture and leave on the counter (or in the fridge) for 3-4 days - until the desired colour OR strength of flavour is reached.
- When ready, use a cocktail strainer, fine mesh strainer, or cheesecloth to strain your infused vodka into a clean jar - or straight into the cocktail shaker if you're making your cocktail right away!
