Whisky Sour

The Whisky Sour is another cocktail that was developed back in the late 1900s, and is currently enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Delicious and fresh, add the egg white for a bit of extra frothiness!


  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 egg white (optional)


  1. Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds (if you've decided to use the egg white, shake for a little bit longer!).
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry or a lemon wheel.
  4. Enjoy!
