The Whisky Sour is another cocktail that was developed back in the late 1900s, and is currently enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Delicious and fresh, add the egg white for a bit of extra frothiness!
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds (if you've decided to use the egg white, shake for a little bit longer!).
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a cherry or a lemon wheel.
