Beaujolais Nouveau Release

Buckle up because Beaujolais Nouveau 2020 has officially landed! On the third Thursday of every November, we raise our glass to the new harvest of fun and fruity Beaujolais Nouveau. On this day, we applaud the Beaujolais Nouveau winemakers’ ability to produce and ship 30 million bottles around the world within 60 days of the grapes being hand-plucked from the vineyard! This year’s release has benefited from remarkably fine and bright summery conditions, enhancing the balance between acidity and alcohol. You’ll find this juicy treat grown in the southern end of Greater Burgundy, France flourishing its aromas of raspberry, cranberry (and some say banana candy) from the whole-berry fermentation of Gamay grapes.
