The religious holidays in the spring often turn our thoughts to the traditional celebrations of Central and Eastern Europe and the importance of pairing wines with celebratory meals. The Riesling grape is important to Europe’s Eastern viticulturists, as are the international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Taste these better known varietals alongside indigenous grapes that are somewhat hard to pronounce but endlessly expressive! Georgia’s Rkatsiteli, Greece’s Agiorgitikom and Hungary’s Tokaji.  The evening’s food pairings promise to be spectacular with our amazing kitchen teams menu supplemented by the delicious dishes of Willow Park Village’s Broken Plate Restaurant.

This unique optical effect, which not only adds a pleasing visual aspect to the bowl, but also increases the inner surface area, allowing the wine to open up and to fully show every aroma and subtle nuance. The new bowl shapes of Performance, when combined with the optic effect, deliver ultimate wine enjoyment, making Performance the new ‘must-have’ wine glass collection for all wine-lovers.
