Tequila Cocktails!

A Sunrise in a glass , the classic Tequila Sunrise cocktail was originally created in the 1930's in Arizona, where it was said that the different colours in the cocktail looked like a beautiful dessert sunrise. 

What you need:

4 oz Orange Juice

• 2 oz Tequila

• ½ oz Grenadine

• Orange Slice

• Cherry & Ice

Scoop ice into glass. Pour orange juice and tequila over top and stir. Slowly pour grenadine around the edge of the glass so that it will slowly sink to the bottom. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

• 0.5 oz shaved red cabbage • 0.5 oz feta cheese

• 1/8th lime wedge

• 1 Tsp hot sauce

Earth Day Cocktails

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5 oz Pisco

• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

• 2 oz club soda

• 2 cucumber slices

INSTRUCTIONS:

Muddle cucumber with simple syrup. Combine ingredients (except for club soda) into a shaker. Fill shaker 3/4 full of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass with fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a cucumber or lemon slice.

 

LEMON BASIL MARTINI

LEMON BASIL MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

3 basil leaves, plus 1 basil sprig

• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup

• Ice • 2 ounces gin

• 1/2 ounce limoncello

• 1/2 ounce bianco vermouth (sweet white vermouth)

• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves with the simple syrup. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the sprig; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the sprig.
