Pink Port Sangria


Michael Bigattini initially created this Sangria to pair with chocolate cake cooked in an orange (from our Campfire Pairings event yesterday), but it is simply a great cocktail anytime during the summer.  It's easy to make and not too sweet!


  • 1 Bottle of Croft Pink Port
  • 1 2L bottle of Soda Water
  • 5 oz of Cointreau
  • 4 oz of Porters Cardamon Orange
  • 6 drops Bittered Sling Orange Juniper bitters


  1. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or jug.
