Benedictine blue made by the monks in Quebec, then smoked. Blue and smoke, wow do these flavours mesh well together.
From the same producer as the 5 Brothers. This Gruyère style cheese hits the mark. Lots of earthy nutty, herbal, grassy notes that create a great synergy.
Always a favourite. Double cream brie. Very soft, almost runny with a touch of vanilla in the background.
